John W. Rynberg, age 83 of Fremont, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2004 at the Transitional Health Services in Fremont. He was born on September 8, 1920 in Holton to Matthew and Emma (Perkins) Rynberg and married Lila Wilbur on January 2, 1941 in Muskegon. He has been a longtime resident of the Fremont area where he had worked at Continental Motors in Muskegon and was also a truck driver for Gilliland Transfer until his retirement in 1982 after 27 years of service. He was a graduate of Fremont High School, Class of 1939; a member of the Fremont Moose #1555; an avid golfer and enjoyed sports. John was a member of the Fremont United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lila of Fremont; his sons, James Rynberg of Fremont; Thomas (Bernadette) Rynberg of Chicago, Illinois; Roger (Kathy) Rynberg of Sturgis, Michigan; John R. (Dee) Rynberg of Fremont; his sister, Marjorie Kingsford of Florida. \Funeral memorial services were held on Saturday, May 22, 2004 at the Fremont United Methodist Church with Rev.
