Adams, Joseph Q. Joseph Q. Adams, age 78 of Newaygo, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2007 in White Cloud. Joe was born on November 26, 1928 in Grand Rapids to Herbert Benjamin and Minnie (Whitman) Adams. Joe graduated from Newaygo High School and later from Albion College and had worked as a sales representative for Coleman Sporting Goods for many years until his retirement. He was a member of the St. Marks Episcopal Church in Newaygo. He was a veteran of the United States Army where he served prior to the Korean Conflict. Joe is survived by his niece, Stacey (Dominic) Ware-Rondini of Fairfax, California; his nephew, Joel (Hettie) Ware of San Francisco, California. He was preceded in death by his sister, Diane Sue Adams-Ware. He is also survived by friend Glenda Thompson-McIvory and several other special caregivers.
