Judith Isabelle Westcott, age 66, of Newaygo passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, at home following a long illness. She was born on July 5, 1941, in Grant to Allen and Lila (Brown) Sheldon and married Arthur H. Westcott on June 5, 1959, at the Methodist Church in Newaygo. Judith is survived by her husband, Art of Newaygo; children, Terry (Theresa) Westcott of Newaygo, Denny (Mary Beth) Westcott of Grand Rapids, Troy (Cathy) Westcott of Lac La Belle, and Kristen (Carl) Mast of Newaygo; 11 grandchildren, Ashley, Sarah, Nathan, Alexandra, Marissa, Zachary, Nicholas, Tailor, Meghan, Noah, and Gabrielle; mother, Lila Sheldon of Newaygo; sister, Marian (Ken) Schimnoski of Paw Paw; brother, James (Suki) Sheldon of South Korea; brother-in-law, Perry Westcott of New Hampshire; sister-in-law Sharon Trudell (Ray) Goernowich of Grand Rapids. She was preceded in death by her father Allen; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Arthur L. & Helen Westcott. Funeral memorial services were held on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at the White Cloud United Methodist Church with Pastor Jeff Bowman presiding.
