Kathleen Joy VanAuken Fincannon, age 76, of White Cloud passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018, at her home. Kathy was born on September 8, 1941, in Grand Rapids to Paul and Kathleen Ellen. Kathy enjoyed her dogs and horses, gardening, and many other out door activities. Kathy is survived by her children, Jerry (Kathy) Bergakker of Portage, Matt Bergakker of Constantine, and Darla K. Middlestadt of White Cloud; grandchildren, Serena (Bill) Sharp, Leif Bergakker, Mathew Bergakker, Amanda Bergakker, Summer Dawn Middlestadt, Eric VanAuken, and Stacey Walters; 10 great-grandchildren; fiancé, David A. Penman of White Cloud; and nephews (Smith boys that she loved like her own). She was preceded by husband, Donald VanAuken in 2009; son, Dallas Bergakker in 2008; granddaughter, Summer Ann Middlestadt in 1992, daughter-in-law, Diane Bergakker; son-in-law, Jeff Middlestadt, and by her brothers and sisters.
