Kathryn Ann Nicholas, age 69, of White Cloud passed away on Friday, November 2, 2012, at her home. Kate was born on April 24, 1943, near Hopkins, Michigan to Robert L. and Donna M. (Willmarth) Goodrich. She married Gene Nicholas who preceded her in death in 2002. Kate worked for Arrow Gear Company in West Chicago before moving to the White Cloud area. She enjoyed watching birds outside her windows, quilting, sewing, fishing, and was an excellent cook. Kathryn is survived by her fiance, Theodore Trudell of White Cloud; son, Darcy (Mary) Nicholas of Caledonia; two grandchildren, Erica and Dylan; one great grandchild, Gabriel; brothers and sisters, Tillie Goodrich, Gerry (Ed) Sass, Steve (Artie) Goodrich, Fay (Jeff) Braceland, Jesse (Ethel) Goodrich, and Larry (Kathy) Goodrich. She was preceded by her son Quinton Nicholas in 1993. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at 2 PM at the Crandell Funeral Home in White Cloud.
