Kayla Dawn Foster, age 32 of Sevierville, Tennessee and White Cloud, Michigan passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. Kayla was born on June 24, 1989 on the Clark Air Base in the Philippines to Rick and Arlene (Whelan) Foster Jr. and later graduated from White Cloud High School in 2009. Kayla had worked as a clerk in the retail clothing sales. Kayla enjoyed computer Sims 3, was a creative person who enjoyed drawing, building and writing stories, enjoyed bowling, was a fan of Harry Potter, shopping and meandering with her mom and being outdoors with her dad. Kayla was also a dedicated blood donor to the American Red Cross Blood Bank and took every opportunity to donate when she was able. Kayla especially enjoyed spending time with family and being a mom to her cat, Hazel Mae. Kayla is survived by her mother, Arlene Dalasinski of Sevierville, Tennessee; her father, Rick (Vicki) Foster Jr. of White Cloud; her siblings, Alexandra (Kyle) Sams of Jenison; Carmen (DJ Boomgaard) Foster of Jenison; Nick (Nikki Osborn) Ballance of Grand Rapids; Jeff (Alaina Gransden) Ballance of Cedar Springs; Ryan Dalasinski of Saginaw; Felicia Dalasinski of Gallatin, Tennessee; her paternal grandfather, Rick (Shelby) Foster Sr. of White Cloud; her aunts and uncles, Sharon (Gary Chandler) Hill; Dave (Tracey) Foster; Jeff (Letha) Foster; Lori Warren; several cousins and special friends; and her cat – Hazel Mae. Kayla was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Arlen and Harriet Whelan and her paternal grandmother, Anna "Annie" Foster.
