Keith B. Aslakson, age 69 of Twin Lake, was greeted with open arms by his parents, Walter and Myrtle (Anderson) Aslakson, after losing a brief battle with cancer. Keith was born on October 21, 1951 in Muskegon to Walter and Myrtle (Anderson) Aslakson and later graduated from Grand Valley State College with a Bachelors Degree. Keith has been a lifelong resident of the Holton/Twin Lake area where he was self-employed. Keith truly enjoyed music and would spend countless hours playing his guitar. He had an amazing sense of humor and had the ability to strike up a conversation with anyone. It would have been an oddity to hear Keith speak negatively about anyone. He had tremendous gift of having knowledge from many venues. Keith is survived by his 2 sisters, Shirley Rork (friend, Calvin) of Hesperia; Lorna (Michael) Glassner of Holton; 6 brothers, Scott (Barb) Aslakson of Hesperia; Garth (Jean) Aslakson of Cadillac; Steve (Kathy) Aslakson of New Era; Loren Aslakson of Holton; Brian (Robin) Aslakson of Fremont; Delos (Colleen) Aslakson of Hesperia; and many nieces and nephews.
