Keith Albert Bird, age 68 of White Cloud and Hesperia, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at his home. Keith was born on January 25, 1954 in Fremont to Albert William and Mary Ellen (Craigmyle) Bird and graduated from White Cloud High School in 1972. Keith joined the United States Marine Corp where he served during the Vietnam War. Keith married Lanie Novio on June 7, 2012 in the Philippines. Keith had worked as a truck driver for many years at Michigan Produce Haulers until his retirement in 2019. Keith loved his family and enjoyed spending time with all of them. He was happy to be living in the peaceful, country setting and enjoyed bonfires and tending his vegetable garden. Keith is survived by his wife, Lanie Bird of the Philippines; his sons, Kyle Bird of the Philippines; Tony (Betsy) Bird of Three Rivers; Andrew (Kacy) Bird of White Cloud; Randy (Crystal) Bird of Big Rapids; his siblings, affectionately known to them as "Butch" - Kathie (Neil) Lewis of Sparta; Craig Bird (friend Cymantha) of White Cloud; Patti (Vic) Martin of Lexington, Michigan Robert (Julia) Bird of Big Rapids; Debbie (Stan) Billings of Cleveland, Tennessee; Linda (Rob) Gould of Belmont; Kim (Harry) Budde of Rockford; several grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and good friends. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Albert William and Mary Ellen Bird; his grandparents, Bill and Bernice Rodery; two grandsons Nehemiah and Nicholai Bird.
