Obituary

Kenneth Victor Hall, 94, of Fremont, passed away peacefully surrounded by his daughters on April 18, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Emily Hall, and his beloved wife of almost 70 years, Lynn. Ken proudly served his country in the Army during WWII and parachuted in Normandy on D Day. An admired man of great integrity, he served as Grand Master of his Masonic Lodge and was an active community volunteer and church member. After earning his BA Degree at NYU, Ken's work ethic and creativity earned the respect of his peers both as a successful advertising executive in New York City as well as the New Products Manager at Gerber. His many interests include golf, tennis, traveling and participating in local theater. Born and raised in New York, he and Lynn moved to Fremont in 1976, where they enjoyed a wonderful quality of life. Among their most cherished memories were spending summers in Maine and winters in Florida. Above all, Ken will be remembered for his devotion to family and friends. Ken is survived by his loving daughters, Janet and Carole, and his son-in-law, Stan Kieon. A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at the First Congregational Church in Fremont. For a more lasting memorial, friends are asked to consider the First Congregational Church in Fremont or Treasure Health Hospice in Fort Pierce, Florida.
