Kenneth A. Jones, aged 69, of Newaygo, passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at his home. He was born November 21, 1940, in Newaygo to Ralph and Marian L. (Tawney) Jones and married Delight Rolf on September 26, 2003, in Grand Rapids. He was an electrician and worked for many electrical contractors including Kline Construction. Ken enjoyed hunting, fishing, cards, and was a member of Local IBEW 876. He is survived by his wife, Delight of Newaygo; children, Phyllis (Donald) Bulson of Newaygo, Theresa (Eric) Goecker of Mount Pleaseant, and Dawn (Tim) Sheneman of Grand Rapids; 10 grandchildren; brothers, Ralph (Regina) Jones of White Cloud and Norman (Mary) Jones of Grand Rapids; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by by his mother and father, Ralph and Marian Jones; sister, Judith Heintzelman; and brothers, Robert and Gerald Jones. Funeral services will be on Friday, May 7, 2010, at the Crandell Funeral Home in White Cloud at 12 noon. Visitation will be held from 11-12 PM prior to the service.
