Kim Michael Reister, age 65, of Fremont passed away on Monday, March 16, 2020, at Transitional Health Services in Fremont. Kim was born on August 19, 1954, in Zeeland to Andrew Frederick and Jessie Mae (Davis) Reister and had been a long haul independent truck driver most of his life. Kim was a member of the Baptist Church in Holland and enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, and family get togethers. Kim is survived by his sisters and brother, Ellen Lichtman of Allendale, Sally (Donald) Ponstein of Zeeland, Clara Kime of Zeeland, Nancy Blair of Allendale, and Howard Reister of Wyoming; sister-in-law, Mary Reister; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Wallace Reister; sister, Linda Reister; and parents, Andrew and Jessie. A Memorial will be held at a later date to be announced.
