Kim J. Corley Sr., age 47 of White Cloud passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 18, 2002. He was born on June 13, 1954 to Eulas and Marilyn (Headlee) Corley and had been a self-employed carpenter. He was a certified aviation technician and had attended Montcalm Community College. He had also attended and was an instructor at Lansing Community College. He had served in the United States Navy in the Sea Bees where served in the radio communications area. He is survived by his children, Jennifer Corley of Fremont; Karyn Wylie of Grand Rapids; Kim J. (Lori) Corley Jr. of Fremont; Adam Corley of Grant; his grandson, Donavin Robert Corley; Sabrina Josephine Corley; his sister, Sandra Scarborough of Byron, Georgia; his brother, Rodney Corley of Byron, Georgia; sister, Pat (Joseph) Moore of Newport News, Virginia; Sue (Brian) Burkle of Fremont; brother, David (Melinda) VandenBerg of Fremont; Rick (Karen) Corley of Fremont; his step mother, Marilyn Corley of Fremont. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn J. (Headlee) VandenBerg on July 6, 1982; his father, Eulas Sanders "Sandy" Corley on June 29, 1989; step father, Nathan E. VandenBerg on May 16, 1990; brother, Keith VandenBerg on Feb. 28, 1961. Funeral memorial services were held on Wednesday, April 24, 2002 from the Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel with Mr. Gary Hooker presiding.
