Krista Kay Mills, age 41 of Muskegon, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 5, 2024 at her home following her valiant battle with breast cancer.  Krista was born on August 2, 1983 in Muskegon to Mark and Sherry (Pape) Bryant and graduated from Oakridge High School in 2001.  Krista later started work as a production worker at Herman Miller until her retirement.  Krista truly enjoyed listening to music, spending time at the beach watching sunsets, road trips with family and friends and truly treasured the time she spent with her children.  Throughout her life, Krista always carried a positive spirit in her daily life and shared this with all who knew her.

Krista is survived by her children, William "Will" Miller IV of Muskegon; Karlie Miller of Fremont; Koen Jett of Muskegon; Kylee Jett of Muskegon; her parents, Mark and Sherry Bryant of Muskegon; her sisters, Tiffany (Benjamin) Vandermolen of Muskegon; Amanda Bryant of Kentwood; her favorite nephew, Deveron Vandermolen; special friend, Sean; co-parents to Will and Karlie, William (Sarah) Miller III; several aunts, uncles, cousins and amazing circles of friends.  Krista was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, George and June Bryant; maternal grandparents, James and Bea Hough; maternal grandfather, Donald Pape; special aunt, Pam Dake; and several other family members.

CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICES Thursday, August 15th at New Life Christian Center of Muskegon-1624 Hoyt St. Muskegon, MI 49442. Visitation with the family will be from 1:30 pm-3:00 pm, followed by a service at 3:00 pm. Luncheon and fellowship to follow.
