Robinson, L. Thora L. Thora Robinson, age 83 of White Cloud, passed away Saturday morning, November 22, 2003 at her home following a short illness. Thora was born on November 6, 1920 in Fowlerville, Michigan to Anson and Ruth (Dean) Dietrich and later married Wayne Robinson on November 1, 1941 in Middleville. Wayne preceded her in death on February 13, 1973. She has been a resident of the White Cloud area since 1961 where she was a homemaker. She was a member of the White Cloud United Methodist Church where she was active in the various ladies groups; a member of the Unity Chapter #61 Order of Eastern Star Newaygo Chapter; enjoyed playing the piano and sewing; and was a former member of the Women of the Moose. She is survived by her daughters, Elaine (Robert) Stewart of Grand Rapids; Jean Siebert of Whitehall; Wilma Robinson and companion, Art Marsh of White Cloud; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; her sister, Laurene (Harold) Sheathelm of Dansville, Michigan; her brother, Chester (Anna) Dietrich of Fowlerville, Michigan; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne on February 13, 1973 and her daughter, Janice Hewitt on November 6, 1999. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 25, 2003 from the White Cloud United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeff Bowman of the White Cloud United Methodist Church presiding with interment in the White Cloud Cemetery. Order of Eastern Star services were held on Monday evening at the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel.
