Larry K. Clark, age 78 of Fremont, formerly of White Cloud, passed away Friday, June 18, 2021 at his home following a short illness. Larry was born on October 15, 1942 in Klondike Community, Oceana County to Clifford and Clara (Fairchild) Clark. After graduation, Larry attended Barber College and started his lifelong career in Barbering. Larry started Larry's Barber Shop in White Cloud in 1965 which he owned and operated until 1990 when he took over a barber shop in Fremont and renamed it Larry's Barber Shop until 1990. Larry continued to work at the barber shop part time cutting hair until May 2021 when he made his final retirement after 56 years. Larry married Gloria (Weisenberger) Pumford on July 1, 1989 in White Cloud and Gloria preceded him in death on November 17, 2013. Larry was an active member of the All Saints Catholic Church in Fremont and former member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud where he had served on the Parish Council and enjoyed fellowship with the Knights of Columbus. Larry loved gardening, baking, fishing and was an avid University of Michigan Fan. Larry is survived by his children, Dennis (Dawn) Clark of Spring Lake; Sherry Londo of Ocala, Florida; his stepchildren, Kim (John) Goodin of Newaygo; Brian (Amy) Pumford of Fremont; his grandchildren, Jana (Jake) Shavalier; Jessica Clark; John Clark; Joshua Clark; Brandon Roock; Jason Roock; Ryan Londo; Brea (AJ) Bays; Andrew Goodin; Ava Pumford and Rex Pumford; step grandchildren, Skylar Dixon and Zachary Dixon; great grandchildren, Adam and Hanna Shavalier; Amara Clark; Mekayla Larson; Colton Roock and Natalie Rook; his sisters and brothers Dale (Mary) Clark of Hesperia; Mona Bush of Hesperia; Beverly Curtis of Ludington. Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria; his son-in-law, Paul Londo; his sisters and brothers, Ivan Clark, Mort Clark, Annabelle Findley, Marlene Harrold, Donna Smith.
