Larry L.G. Gene Adams, age 72, of White Cloud, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial in Fremont. L.G. was born on April 27, 1939 in Lima, Ohio, to Delmar Waldo Jacob and Edythe Laverne (Eyer) Adams and married Sherry Fetterley on October 11, 1962 in White Cloud. L.G. had worked for the Newaygo County Road Commission for 21 years and served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. L.G. was a member of the White CloudSeventh Day Baptist Church and participated in the Senior Moments Group. L.G. is survived by his loving wife, Sherry of White Cloud; his daughters, Rita (Barry) Seabrook of White Cloud and Marjorie (Forrest) Tyler of Lansing; grandchildren, Bowman, Buck, and Madee Seabrook, and Brandon, Ashley and Shayla Tyler; brother, Allan (Bonnie) Adams of Coopersville; and special friends Leon Fox and David Coville. He was preceded in death by his son, Geoffrey S. Adams. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011, from 4 7 PM at the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at 3 PM at the Crandell Funeral Home - White Cloud Chapel. Interment will be in the White Cloud Cemetery.
