Larry L. Jones, age 49 of White Cloud, passed away Monday, August 30, 2010 at the Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. Larry was born on April 1, 1961 in Fremont to Leonard and Valeta Ann (Wallace) Jones Sr. and attended White Cloud High School. Larry married Lori Purdy on September 26, 1992 in White Cloud and had worked as a clerk at the Admiral Gas in Fremont until his disability forced him to retire. Larry is survived by his wife, Lori of White Cloud; his sons, Jack Loveless of White Cloud; Martin (Tracy) Loveless of White Cloud; William Jones of White Cloud; Thomas Jones of White Cloud; his grandson, Brian Loveless; his father, Leonard (Janet) Jones Sr. of White Cloud; sister, Lorry (Bob) Austin of White Cloud; Leonard (Rosemary) Jones Jr. of White Cloud; sister-in-law, Carol (Sam) Taylor of Newaygo; half sister, Deana Jones; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Valeta Jones on February 5, 1997. VISITATION : Friday, September 3, 2010 from 10-11am at Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICES : Friday, September 3, 2010 at 11pm at the funeral home. Following Larry's wishes, friends are asked to consider wearing jean's and t-shirts to the funeral services for Larry as well. INTERMENT : Big Prairie Everett Township Cemetery.
