Laura "Jean" Ollmann, age 73, of Bitely passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2002, at her home in Bitely. She was born on September 29, 1928, in Fremont to William and Margaret (Morrison) Kritzer. She is survived by her loving husband Howard Ollmann of Bitely; daughter Shellie Rae "Dale" Vaughn of Lowell; 6 grandchildren, Kyle See, Kevin See, Melanie See, Curtis Vaughn, Jeremy Vaughn, and Daena (David) Morton; 2 greatgrandchildren, Zachary and Cooper Morton; sisters Margaret (Alfred) Nelson of New London, Wisconsin, and Shirley Brooks of Fremont. She was preceded in death by here first husband Jack Vaughan. A Memorial Service celebrating Lauras life was held at 2 p.m. on February 2, 2002, from the Bitely-Brohman Community Center with Rev. Lucky Fulton officiating . Friends are asked to consider the Fremont Area Community Foundation for Hospice of Newaygo County or the Amazing Grace Acres Church for a more lasting memorial.
