Leo Leon Plotts, age 72 of White Cloud, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2002 at his home following a lingering illness. He was born on April 15, 1929 in Boone, Michigan to Wilbur F. and Anna J. (McCar) Plotts and married Barbara Lance on August 2, 1950 in Michigan. He has been a resident of the White Cloud area for the past 55 years where he had been a construction worker and farmer. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict where he served in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara of White Cloud; his children; Leon (Kimberly) Plotts of White Cloud; Oliver (Pam) Plotts of Fremont; Durwin Plotts of White Cloud; Betty (David) Krueger of White Cloud; Leo (Michelle) Plotts of White Cloud; Douglas Plotts of White Cloud; 22 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; his sister, Mary Lou (George) Arnold of White Cloud; Donald (Ruth) Plotts of White Cloud; Richard (Cheryl) Plotts of White Cloud. He was preceded in death by 8 brothers and sisters.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 17, 2002 from the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel with Pastor Paul Feuerstein of the New Life Assembly of God Church presiding with interment in the Goodwell Township Cemetery.
