Fuller, LeRoy B. LeRoy B. Fuller, age 76 of Fremont, passed away Monday at his home following a long illness. LeRoy was born on April 30, 1930 in Lansing, Michigan to Carl and Doris (Adams) Fuller and soon moved to the Petoskey area. He met and married Bette Fike on June 14, 1952 in Petoskey and Bette preceded him in death on October 27, 2005. LeRoy has been a resident of the Fremont area since 1954 and retired from the City of Fremont Department of Public Works in 1994. He also served in the United States Army during the Korean Era. He was a member of the Fremont Laurels Post #6898 in Fremont, enjoyed woodworking, occasionally fishing and especially enjoyed spending time and having his grandchildren around him. The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice for the care LeRoy received during his illness and a very special thank you to Teresa Allers and Ann Johnson for their care and compassion given to LeRoy. He is survived by his son, Mike Fuller and special friend, Nancy Hills of Fremont; his daughter, Kristi (David) Murphy of Holton; his grandchildren, Heather Fuller Helman; Dani Fuller; Jon Murphy; Matt Murphy; brothers, Lawrence (Dawn) Fuller; Carl (Sharlynn) Fuller; Dale Fuller; Roger Bearup; Harold (Cathy) Bearup; his sisters, Shirley Lance; Patti Ann (Dave) Hughey. He was preceded in death by his sister, Esther and his brother, Walter. Graveside services were held on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at the East Hesperia Cemetery with funeral celebrant Curt A.
