Lillian Tindall, age 73, of Fremont passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2002, at St. Marys Hospital in Grand Rapids. She was born on December 24, 1928 in Muskegon to Frank and Mary Faith and married Russell J. Tindall Sr. on June 4, 1949 in Muskegon. Russell Sr. preceded her in death on November 16, 1990. She has been a resident of Fremont since 1948 where she had been a homemaker and was a member of the Fremont United Methodist Church. Lilllian is survived by daughter Linda Kafader of Engelwood, Colorado; sons, Dave (Roxanne) Tindall of Richmond, Rhode Island; Mike Tindall of Fremont; Russell Tindall Jr. Tindall of Fremont; Robert Tindall of Fremont; Jimmy Tindall Fremont; 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Mary and brothers Steve, Frank, and Harry. Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 2, 2002 from the Fremont United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dan Duncan presiding with interment in the East Hesperia Cemetery. For a more lasting memorial, the family asks that friends consider the Fremont Area Community Foundation for the Endowment Fund of the Fremont United Methodist Church.
