Linda Jeane Schuyler- Parketon passed peacefully into eternity on April 26, 2025, at her home in Nunica, MI. She was born on June 24, 1943 in Fremont, MI to Sydney and Margaret Parketon. Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and true friend to all who knew her.

She loved to sew, and her beautiful embroidery, blankets, and many crafts and projects filled her home and adorn the homes of her family and friends. Linda also loved to read, to spend time with her family, and she enjoyed living near the big lake. When she moved back to Michigan just a few years ago, she was so happy, describing herself and her family by saying "we are water people."

Linda was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Elwin Bruce "Butch" Schuyler, Jr. and by her sister Sandy Dailey and her brother Larry Parketon. She is survived by her sisters Beverly "Cubby" Parketon and Darlene Parketon, her two children Scott Allen Schuyler and Kelly Ruth Schuyler, grandchildren Caleb Schuyler (Zoey), Nathaniel Schuyler, Miranda Fotis, and Matthew (Sarah) Wisner, and great grandchildren Wyatt Schuyler and Nora Mae Schuyler. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, and will be deeply missed by all.

A visitation will be held in Linda's honor on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at Crandell Funeral Home - Fremont from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
