Stevenson, Louise Louise Stevenson (Rev. Sister M. Loui), age 89 journeyed to be with her heavenly Father on August 28, 2005. Louise was born on May 13, 1916 in Kosciusko, Mississippi to Willie and Pinkie Kimbrough and married William Stevenson on July 22, 1939. William preceded her in death in January 1957. She moved from New York City to White Cloud in 1958 where she cultivated and nourished a life filled with friends. Lousie was active in several community organizations and a dedicated member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud. Her lifestyle of giving, ministering, and assisting all people endeared her to so many who remember her with love. She leaves to mourn her passing one sister, Dorothy Williams of Altoona, Pennsylvania; three children, Greer (Rita) Stevenson of Lake In The Hills, Illinois; Beritha A. Jackson of Chicago, Illinois; and Barbara S. Wallace of Arlington, Virginia; six surviving grandchildren, Greer (Amanda) Stevenson Jr.; Natasha Stevenson; Greerlyn Bezue; Maria Stevenson, William T. Jackson; Tirrell D. Stevenson; eleven grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews and multitude of friends. Louise was preceded in death by her husband, William in 1957; one son, Gene Stevenson in 1953; three grandchildren, Benjamin G. Jackson, Zaneen L. Jackson; Christian L. Jackson. Following her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service was held at a later date. Friends may consider the St. Joseph Catholic Church for memorial contributions in memory of Louise.
