Delbert Luke Maleski Delbert Luke Maleski, age 63 of White Cloud, formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006 at his home in White Cloud. Delbert was born on Oct. 14, 1943 in Leelanau to Edward L. and Rosemary (Ance) Maleski and later married Judith Iverson on Aug. 4, 1962 in Manistee. Delbert had worked at the Wolverine Brass Company in Grand Rapids for several years and moved to the White Cloud area in 2002. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, being in the Michigan outdoors, traveling to the western U.S. and served in the U.S. Navy. Delbert Luke is survived by his wife of 44 years, Judith Maleski of Grand Rapids; his daughters, Kenya and Shaunel; his grandson, Little D.L.; his brothers, Keith (Cindy) Maleski of Belmont; M. Edward Maleski of White Cloud; his sister, Shirley Poole of White Cloud; his companion, Smokey and special friend, Mike Ruel of White Cloud. Private family services were held following cremation.
