Fowler, Margaret S. White Cloud Margaret S. Fowler, age 81, of White Cloud passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2002 , at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in Fremont . She was born on May 9, 1921 , in White Cloud to George and Isabelle (Dorgan) Stone and married Byron R. Fowler on November 7, 1941 , in Newaygo. She was a life-long resident of White Cloud working for the White Cloud Public Schools, Branch Real Estate, and then the Intermediate School District . She was a life-long member of the St Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud, St. Joseph Alter Society, P.T.A., was a Girl Scout leader, played in many card clubs, and was active in United Way for many years. Margaret is survived by her loving husband Byron of White Cloud; daughters Mary (Steve) Bleiler of White Cloud and Jane (Craig) Einberger of Howard City; 6 grandchildren, Mark (Karen) Bleiler, Melanie Bleiler, Mindy (Jeff) Thiessen, Matthew Bleiler, Jason Meadows, and Jodi (Dale) Compagnari; 7 great-grandchildren; and brother W.J. (Emily) Stone of Ridgecrest , California . A Funeral Mass was held at 2 pm Friday at the St. Joseph Catholic Church with interment in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery .
