Kiestra, Margaret M. Margaret M. Kiestra, age 88 of Fremont, passed away Saturday, January 01, 2005 at the Life Care Center in Plainwell. She was born on March 17, 1916 in Fremont to Irving and Sena (Hoppa) Crofoot and married Richard Kiestra on November 10, 1964 in Kent County. Richard preceded her in death on September 2, 1996. Margaret has been a longtime resident of the Fremont area where she had been a homemaker. She is survived by her son, Jerry J. Ash of Otsego; her grandchildren, Julie Ann Ash of Wyoming, Michigan; Lisa Nichole Beimers of Glen Morris, Ontario, Canada; Chantell Marie Ash of Otsego; her sister, Irene Potter of Newaygo; sister-in-law, Marzianna Crofoot of White Cloud Funeral services were held on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 from the Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel with Rev.
