Bob and Sally Carbine Posted 3/28/07 May God bless and be with you, and watch over your families during this difficult time. Mrs. Slowik was a very special lady. I will always remember her from school - she was always kind and willing to lend you a hand. My most fond memories of her are from church. She always had a smile and a hug for me when I saw her and I will always cherish that. A kind, caring, and wonderful soul - A true blessing sent from above - A precious mother, grandma and wife - Always generous with her love - Her friendly smile and twinkling eyes - Could warm even the coldest day - Always putting others' wants and needs first - That was her special, kind, loving way - This extraordinary lady blessed many lives - With good deeds and kind words she shared - Whether family, friend or acquaintance - You always felt how much she cared - If you were blessed to have known her as "Mother" - "Cookie Grandma", "Margaret", or "Friend" - You know in your heart she is now smiling - And that her love for you will never end - Think of her daily, with a smile on her face - And remember all the good that she's done - She followed God's plan, had faith and love for Him - And she is now in the loving arms of his Son - God Bless You Mrs. Slowik - We will miss you. Laura Posted 3/28/07 My prayers and thoughts to the Slowik family. I have fond memories of a very gracious and caring lady who always had a smile and a good word for everyone. Margaret will be missed by many. Marion Van Lue Posted 4/2/07 What a terrific lady she was. The years I worked with her at Holton H.S. were made more pleasant and easier because of her. Besides being a coworker I always considered her a friend. For several years we hassled each other at the start of daylight savings time (I hassled her) and at the end (she hassled me). I'm so glad to have known her. Robert E. Ruggles Bob & Grace-professional retirees Posted 4/5/07
