Margaret E. Stahl, age 79, of Holton, passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2011, at her home. Margaret was born on July 23, 1931, in Chicago to William and Irene (Buck) Saunders. Marge married Gerald Proctor on August 25, 1951, and later married Homer Stahl on February 28, 1982, in Hart. She was an administrative assistant in her younger years and was an active member of the Church of the Nazarene in Fremont. Marge enjoyed singing and music, reading, gardening, and feeding birds. Marge is survived by her husband Homer of Holton; children, Charles Proctor of Ravenna, Bruce (Kathy) Proctor of Whitehall, Steven (Kathleen) Proctor of Florida, Todd (Tatiana) Proctor of Finland, Joni Proctor Simmons of Ravenna; stepchildren, Michael Stahl of Hart and Brenda (Kenneth) Pryczyinski of Montague; sister, Helen (Lewis) Pentz of Florida; 18 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Laura, Florence, Earl, and Louis. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at the Church of the Nazarene in Fremont with Pastor Harold Gilkerson officiating.
