Marian Lynn (Thompke) Hitts, age 57 of Manton, formerly of White Cloud, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2013 at the Mercy Hospital in Cadillac following a short illness. Marian was born on December 6, 1955 in Lansing to Richard J. and Delores S. (Luther) Thompke and moved to the White Cloud area at an early age. Marian graduated from White Cloud High School in 1974 and had worked at Dura Automotive until her retirement in 2002. Marian enjoyed reading, was an Elvis Presley fan, had a creative spirit writing poems, and especially enjoyed her dogs and animals. Marian is survived by her children, James Hitts of Manton; Krystle (Jeremy) Bisard of Grant; her grandchildren, Ian and Ayden Bisard; her parents, Richard and Delores Thompke of White Cloud; her brother, Richard (Kelly) Thompke of Plainwell; her sister, Linda Thompke of Fremont; her nieces and nephews, Heather and Jared Thompke; Chelsea and Brandon Kuck; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. VISITATION : Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 4-6 at the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICES : Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 6 at the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel with Pastor Eric Harvey of Resurrection Life Church in Newaygo presiding.
