Blankenship, Marcia Kay Marcia Kay Blankenship, age 58 of Hesperia, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at her home. Marcia was born on April 28, 1948 in Fremont to Leroy Milton and Agnes (Michaels) Yorks and has been a resident of the Hesperia area since 1980. Marcia had been a certified nurses aid at Transitional Health Services in Fremont for 14 years and currently worked as a home health aid to friends in the Hesperia area. She enjoyed taking care of older people in the community. She is survived by her children, John (Carol) Blankenship of Mecosta; Barbara (Don) Lofquist of White Cloud; her grandchildren, Anthony, Monica, Gunnar, Trisha, Amanda; and many special friends in the area. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Agnes Yorks and by her brothers, Vernon and Milton Yorks; and by her partner in life, Howard Cuddeback A time of remembrance was held on Saturday, March 31, 2007 at the Newaygo United Methodist Church.
