Marilyn L. Goodrich, age 80 of White Cloud, passed away Monday evening, February 11, 2019 at her home finally winning her battle over Alzheimer's. Marilyn was born on January 26, 1939 in White Cloud to Raymond Lester and Helen Marie (Prestly) Balluff and later graduated from White Cloud High School in 1957. Marilyn has been a lifelong resident of the White Cloud area where she had been a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud. Marilyn married Robert Goodrich on December 18, 1987 in Watson Township, Michigan and Robert preceded her in death on November 16, 1991. Marilyn enjoyed line dancing, canning, always had a large flower and vegetable garden, watching old western movies, especially John Wayne movies. She had been an avid hunter for many years, enjoyed feeding and watching the birds and reading Louis L'Amour books. Marilyn had worked at The Rudert Agency in White Cloud for over 40 years until her retirement as office manager. Marilyn is survived by her children, Kathryn Schulz of White Cloud; Duane (Tonya) Gibson of Ada; Kevin (Becki) Gibson of White Cloud; Monica Gibson of White Cloud; her grandchildren, Taryn (Shawn) Farmer; Zack Bryan; Lizzie (Neil) Harris; Hunter Gibson; Hallie Schulz; Allison Schulz; Robbie (Nikki) Bird; Jessica (Justin) Hensley; Chris Colantuono; many great grandchildren; special friend, Dawn Stroven of Fremont. Marilyn was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Gibson on December 29, 2012; her grandson, Michael Bryan on December 9, 2010; and her son-in-law, Greg Schulz on August 13, 2014.
