Martha A. Bennett, age 87 of White Cloud, passed away Friday, November 12, 2004 at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility. Martha was born on January 7, 1917 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Adam and Anna (Kolenda) Tarasiewicz and later married Robert Bennett on May 29, 1992 in White Cloud, Michigan. Robert preceded her in death on January 19, 1994. Martha has been a longtime resident of White Cloud where she was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church. She is survived by her stepdaughter, Paulette Cohen of California; several grandchildren and many great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; her special friends, Joyce & Elliott Stewart of Newaygo. Funeral Mass Services were held on Wednesday, November 17, 2004 from the St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud with Rev. Father Tony Russo presiding with interment in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Friends may consider contributions to the Crandell Funeral Home for funeral expenses in memory of Martha.
