Martin Eugene Sidock, age 79, of Fremont passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017, at his home. Martin was born on July 28, 1938, in Muskegon to Frank A. and Matilda (Johnson) Sidock. He married Sandra Kay Frampton on August 6, 1960, in Muskegon. Martin proudly served his country in the United States Army as an Advanced Missile Systems Specialist retiring from the Army after over 23 years of service. Martin was a member of the Holton American Legion Post #397.

Martin is survived by his loving wife, Sandra; sons, Michael Allan (Marti) Sidock of Tacoma, Washington, and Marcus Clifford Sidock of Fremont; and his faithful dog Ozzy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Matilda; and brothers and sister, Norman Sidock, Frank Sidock, Andrew Sidock, and Romona Marvin.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Martin at 1 PM on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at the Holton American Legion. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
