Marvin H. Miller, age 85, of Muskegon and formerly of Fremont and Montague, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the Brookhaven Nursing Care in Muskegon. Marvin was born on December 23, 1922 in Denver Township, Newaygo County to William F. and Leah (Cosens) Miller. He had lived in the Montague area for several years and in 2003 was admitted to the Brookhaven Medical Care in Muskegon until his passing. He was a member of the Montague Baptist Church. Marvin is survived by his sisters, Mona Jean Canniff-Bode of Grand Rapids, Barbara Maxson of Fremont, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Leah Miller and by his brother, Edward Miller. Funeral services were held on January 10, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel with interment in the Clark Cemetery west of Fremont.
