Mary Ann Davis, age 57 of White Cloud, passed away Friday, September 18, 2009 at her home following a short illness with cancer. Mary was born on December 15, 1951 in Holland to Harry Ward and Viola Ann (Dorn) Snyder and moved to the White Cloud area in 1989. Mary met and later married Dennis Davis on January 25, 1993 in White Cloud. Mary had been a home health care worker for the Department of Human Services in Grand Haven and Newaygo County for several years. Mary enjoyed camping in the Upper Peninsula, fishing, taking rides to the lakes to have picnics and spending time visiting with family and friends. Mary is survived by her husband, Dennis of White Cloud; special daughter, Brenda (Keith) Grant of Muskegon and their children, Kevin and Chris; sons, Don (Donna) Sokolow of Grand Haven; Steve Reid of Texas; Kenneth Reid of Texas; daughter, Lora Ann Reid of Texas; sister, Judy Snyder of Holland; brothers, Bill Snyder of Muskegon; Harry Snyder of Muskegon; Bill (Sue) Snyder of Tennessee; Roger Snyder of Muskegon; Betty (Eugene) Taylor of Grand Haven; Johnny Snyder of West Virginia.
