Mary Alice Kerestury, age 83, of White Cloud passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at her home. Mary was born on September 22, 1933, in Mishawaka, Indiana, to Charles and Ottobine (Wells) Biermann and married Richard Kerestury on May 1, 1954, in South Bend, Indiana. Richard preceded her in death on April 29, 1996. Mary was a nurse's aide for many years, enjoyed interior decorating, was a friend of the White Cloud library, and loved being outside with her dogs. Mary was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud. Mary is survived by her children, Kerry (Debbie) Kerestury of Walker and Amy (Sean) McCarthy of Awendaw, South Carolina; grandchildren, Krystal Kerestury Farquharson, Karla Kerestury, Kent Kerestury, Conner McCarthy, and Dillon McCarthy; great grandchildren, Blaze, Niahls, Ayden, Karter, and Karson; nieces and nephews; and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard on April 29, 1996 and by her brothers and sisters, Jack Biermann, Betty Voss, Naoma Watson, and Carl Biermann.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 AM on Friday, November 18, 2016, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud with Father Pete Schafer. A time of luncheon and sharing will follow the Mass in the Church Fellowship Hall. Interment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
