Rogers, Mary J. Mary J. Rogers, age 54 of Fremont, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2006 at the Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont following her battle with cancer. Mary was born on November 4, 1952 in Fremont to Charles and Helen (Koonsman) Scott and has been a lifelong resident of the area. She married Daniel Rogers on June 1970 in Holton and enjoyed collecting teddy bears and baking at Christmas time. She was a member of the All Saints Catholic Church in Fremont where she had been active in various church activities. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Dan of Fremont; her son, Jeremy (Kerri) Rogers of Fremont; her granddaughter, Kaylee Rogers of Fremont; her parents, Charles and Helen Scott of Fremont; sisters, Kathy (Kevin) Robins of Hesperia; Barb Schlattman of Muskegon; her brother, Bruce (Wendy) Scott of Fremont; several nieces and nephews; several brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-laws. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Daniel Rogers Jr. and Christopher Rogers Funeral Mass services were held on Thursday, January 4, 2007 from the All Saints Catholic Church in Fremont with Rev.
