Mary Joy Wojahn, age 71 of Fremont, passed away Friday, June 14, 2019 at the Transitional Health Services in Fremont. Mary was born on August 13, 1947 in Muskegon to Walter Ray and Bernice Joy (Wilcox) Berry and has been a longtime resident of the Fremont area. Mary has been a homemaker and was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Fremont. Mary had enjoyed crocheting, watching movies, baking and cooking and attending family reunions and picnics. Mary is survived by her son, Robert (May) Wojahn of Fremont; her grandchildren, Holly Wojahn of Fremont; Megan Tucker of Texas; Jeremy Dittizer of Alaska; great granddaughter, Klara Dittizer; her brothers and sister, Richard (Karen) Berry of Fremont; David (Tina) Berry of Fremont; Barb (Bob) Stone of Fremont; several nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Gail Wojahn and her son, Walter Wojahn. MEMORIAL SERVICES : Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 11am at the Faith Baptist Church in Fremont with Pastor Bryan Tanis presiding with interment in the Bridgeton Township Cemetery.
