Michael J. Carrier, age 24, of Fremont, passed away in Alaska. Michael was born on September 26, 1986, in Fremont, and is the son of Rebecka Ross Carrier and Daniel Carrier. Michael was a graduate of Fremont High School and currently was serving in the United States Army. Mike is survived by his precious daughter, Madison Lynn, and her mother Melissa Woods; mother, Rebecka Ross Carrier; father, Daniel Carrier; brother Nathan and sister Kathleen; maternal grandparents, Larry and Connie Ross; and paternal grandparents, Orlo and Betty Carrier; and maternal great-grandmother LyVerl Porter; special friends Andrew Chidley, Buddy Pierre, Travis Kroll, and Brad Winter. Visitation will be held from 1-4 PM, on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at the Crandell Funeral Home in Fremont. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 4 PM at the Funeral Home. Friends may consider memorial contributions to the Carrier Family Memorial Fund for memorial contributions in memory of Michael.
