It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Michael John Clough Sr., a beloved husband, father, brother, and grandfather. Michael was born on Sunday, October 23, 1949, in Peoria, Illinois, and peacefully passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at his residence in Grant, MI.

Michael is survived by his devoted spouse, Kathleen L Clough, of Grant, MI. He also leaves behind his loving family: sister Christine Shepard, daughter Rebekah Marie Clough, son Michael John Clough, Jr., and stepchildren William Thomas Preble, Marcus Andrew Preble, and Kristina Elizabeth Howley. Michael was a cherished grandfather to eleven grandchildren, who were the light of his life and provided him with immense joy and pride.

Preceding him in death were his parents, James Francis Clough Jr. and Wilma Lou (Roush) Clough, who are fondly remembered.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Bridegton Township Hall in Grant, MI.
