Michael B. Matuk, age 70 of White Cloud, formerly of Walker, Michigan, passed away Monday, October 28, 2019 at the Newaygo County Compassion Home in White Cloud. Michael was born on October 29, 1948 and joined the United States Army where he served in the Vietnam War until 1971 and then re-enlisted in the Army from 1981 – 1987 where he was stationed in Germany. Michael had worked at Metal Craft in Grand Rapids for period of time and enjoyed fishing. He moved to the White Cloud area from Walker in 2011. Michael is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Calvin and Vicky Parcher of White Cloud; several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life and time of remembrance will be held in the spring of 2020 at the family home in White Cloud following his wishes for cremation.
