Michael Jess Poling, 41, of Twin Lake passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013 at Spectrum Health Services Gerber Memorial. Mike was born on April 4, 1972 in Muskegon to Dan Lee Poling and Karen Elaine Pedersen and graduated from Fremont High School in 1990. He worked at Autocam Corporation in Grand Rapids. Mike is survived by his children, Aaron, Ashley and Aidan; mother, Karen (Art) Haeussler of Fremont; sisters and brother, Amanda J. Poling of Bitely, Becky (Scott) Kamphorst of Hesperia, and Richard (Tanya) Haeussler of Alexandria, Virginia; step-sisters and step-brother, Robin (Michael) Covington, Marci (Dan) Beckley, Nikki (Tim) Davis, Rhonda (James) Krueger, and Christian (Lori) Beckley; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Dan Poling in 2012 and step-mother Carolene Poling in 2007. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the Crandell Funeral Home in Fremont with Pastor Kevin Pycraft from the Blue Lake Community Church officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service (11AM 1 PM) Friends are asked to consider the Holton Athletic Department for a more lasting memorial.
