Mildred I. Wemple Mildred I. Wemple, age 71 of Hesperia, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 10, 2006 at the Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. Mildred was born on November 21, 1934 in Lincoln Township, Newaygo County to David Cecil and Blanche Marie (Baker) Klingler and has been a lifelong resident of the Hesperia area where she has been a homemaker. Mildred enjoyed gaming, playing Yahtzee, going to yard sales, visiting with her friends and family, and watching western movies. She is survived by her children, Debbie (Dan) Taylor of Fremont; Jerry (Nella) Wemple of Grand Rapids; Roger (Becky) Wemple of Hesperia; Jeff (Tammy) Wemple of Ocklawa, Florida; Judy (Danny) Love of Muskegon; Frank (Mary) Bryan of Twin Lake; 18 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; her sisters, Mary (Don) Klingler of Zephyrhills, Florida; Pat (Willard) Johns of Twin Lake; Joyce (Doug) Koch of White Cloud; Terry (Sherry) McKeller of Muskegon; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her 2 sons, Frederick and Samuel Wemple; her sisters, Shirley McGraw and Lillian Marie Wemple and by her brothers, Ray and Dave Klingler. Funeral services were held on Monday, August 14, 2006 from the Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel with Rev. Tom Mackay of the Hesperia Baptist Church presiding with interment in the East Hesperia Cemetery.
