Black, Millard F. Millard F. Black, age 73 of Hesperia, passed away Friday, April 28, 2006 at his home following a short illness. Millard was born on March 5, 1933 in Pasadena, California to Harald and Clara (Schin) Black and later married Elizabeth Corner on October 23, 1976 in Garden Grove, California. Millard and Elizabeth moved to the Hesperia area in 1992 from the Belmont area where they owned and operated an upholstery business for several years. Millard enjoyed fishing and the Michigan Outdoors. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth of Hesperia; his children, Gayle Black of Garden Grove, California; Daryl (Robbin) Black of California; his stepchildren, Nanette Daisy of Bullhead City, Arizona; Terry (Christina) Daisy of Cedar Springs; his grandchildren, Jeremy Thomas, Cameron Daisy, Cassandra Daisy, Brooks Black; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Howard Black, James Black, Dorothy Wilbur, Virginia Hayden; Barbara Wicker. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place and private memorial services have been held. Friends may consider a charity of the donors choice for memorial contributions in memory of Millard.
