Mitchell D. McClintic, age 58 of White Cloud, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at his home. Mitchell was born on June 1, 1960 in Kalamazoo to Gene Duane and Sharon Margaret (Frizzell) McClintic. Mitchell had worked at Challenge manufacturing in Holland for several years and had been a self-employed roofer. Mitchell had moved to the Diamond Lake area and enjoyed living on the lake, fishing, Nascar, woodworking, football and baseball and enjoyed listening to Hank Williams Sr. and Hank Williams Jr. Mitchell is survived by his children, Justin M. McClintic of Rockford; Brandon McClintic of Grand Rapids; Brandi McClintic of Hesperia; his grandchildren, Mara McClintic; Hannah McClintic; his brothers, Dan Welch, Mike Balance, Mark Balance, Cindy Welch, Michelle Smith, Linda Trapp, Sherry Schultz. Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date on the family property near Diamond Lake following cremation.
