Mona Fern Tase, age 79, of Newaygo passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at her home. Mona was born on September 12, 1942, to Leonard Tase and Lola Mae Littlejohn. Mona enjoyed painting, reading, fishing, hunting, mushroom hunting, and had a special love for family gatherings. Mona is survived by her children, Darrel (Rhonda) Arney of Newaygo, Bradley (Denise) Arney of Hastings, and Timothy (Kathy) Arney of Stanwood; grandchildren, Summer, T.J., Curtis, Roy, Bradley, and Russell; many great-grandchildren; 3 sisters; and a brother. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers; a sister; and grandchildren, Daniel and Cristy. A private Celebration of Life for Mona will be scheduled at a later time.
