Naomi Ruth Goldston, age 86 of White Cloud, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at her home. Naomi was born on April 23, 1936 in White Cloud to Claude and Erma (Watley) Scott and graduated from White Cloud High School in 1954. She married Ronald W. Goldston Sr. on September 28, 1953 in White Cloud and Ron preceded her in death on April 15, 1998. Naomi had been a homemaker and enjoyed traveling with Ron during his working years throughout the United States, enjoyed cooking and baking bread, but her greatest and lifelong job was her family which she found great joy in. Naomi is survived by her children, Carlotta (Maylon) Jones of Manchester, Michigan; Ronald Goldston Jr. of White Cloud; Jerome Goldston of Grand Rapids, Michigan; Michael Goldston of Newaygo; 5 grandchildren – Budi Miller, Mia Dia; Shonda Goldston; Shawn Goldston; Amanda Goldston; 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Goldston Sr.; her sons, Frederick Goldston in 2021 and Gregory Goldston on 1992; and all her sisters and brothers, Cecil, Rudy, Mary, Claude, Erma, Genevieve and Paul.
