Neil T. Harper, age 42 of White Cloud, died unexpectedly on July 21, 2010. Neil was born on July 15, 1967 in Fremont to Harry W. and Jannette (Bitson) Harper and graduated from White Cloud High School in 1986. Neil met and later married April Deam on February 25, 1993. Neil was a loving and devoted father and treasured the time spent with his daughters. Neil enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his many friends. Neil is survived by his daughters, Genni and Cassie Harper of Crystal River, Florida; his mother, Jannette Harper of White Cloud; his brothers and sisters, Harold (Rachael) Harper of Grand Haven; Helen (Bruce) Ammer of Carmichael, California; Kris (Tom) Jordan of Parchment; Eric Harper of White Cloud; Rebecca (Randy) Machiele of Newaygo; sister-in-law, Peggy Harper of White Cloud;many nieces and nephews; his uncle, Leonard (Nancy) Harper of White Cloud; his aunts, Janice Teeters of Grand Rapids; Marjory Bitson of Michigan and Florida; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry W. Harper on August 6, 1982 and by his brother, Hugh L. Harper on August 18, 2009. MEMORIAL SERVICES : Private family ceremony and interment at Big Prairie Everett Township Cemetery.
