My mother and I always enjoyed talking with Nellie about the DeWitte family and memories of the years gone by. She made beautiful flower arrangements, just the way we requested. Arnold and Mildred Wheeler Woodring Dear Anna, Kurt, Henry and Karl: My thoughts, prayers and hugs are with you today as you celebrate your Mom's life and the answer to her prayer to go home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Wow, what a welcoming committee she had when she entered the Pearly Gates!! She is happy and pain free and probably taking her place on the piano bench in heaven, praising and worshiping the Lord as the music flows from her heart thru her fingertips onto the keys in adoration to the Lord she loves. You are all my precious cousins and my desire was to be with you in person today, but Dwight was out of town and I don't feel comfortable drivinig alone in this kind of weather when you can't trust the road condition even though they might look clear. My heart is with you today and my prayers will cover all of you for the weeks to come. God bless you all as you work through the grieving process and tackle the process of settling the estate according to your parents wishes. Trust God to guide you to work these matters out peaceably together. He is faithful, loves you all and is with you always. Love and Hugs from your Midland Cousin, Norine Ann I want you to know what a blessing your mother was. She was in the same room (A5) as my mother, Beatrice Hendrie. Nellie shared many memories of my mother with me. Nellie watched over my mother and would keep me posted on her condition when I came in to visit. We enjoyed your mother very much. Thank you for sharing her with us for the time she was at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility. The Family of Beatrice Hendrie by Karen Lobdell
