Olivia Mason "Livvy" VanBoxel, age 20, passed away on July 6, 2025, in Hart, Michigan. Born on December 30, 2004, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Olivia brought light and warmth into the world from the very beginning.

A recent graduate of CNA training, Olivia had already begun making a meaningful impact in her career. She worked at a medical care facility where she was deeply loved by both her coworkers and the residents she cared for. Her natural compassion and gentle spirit made her a source of comfort and joy to those around her.

Olivia's life was filled with vibrant passions. She found joy in dancing and singing, often lighting up any room with her voice during karaoke nights. She loved hiking through nature's beauty and could often be found curled up with a good book. These hobbies reflected her adventurous soul and thoughtful mind.

She will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Jason and Mindie VanBoxel; her brothers Gavin, Ethan, Morgan, Owen, and Benjamin; and her sisters Niamya (Austin) Kumzi, Kiana, Hannah, and Annica. Olivia also held a special place in the hearts of her nephews Reece VanBoxel, River VanBoxel, Finnick Kumzi, and Theodore Kumzi.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother Marjorie Barnhart.

Those who knew Olivia will remember her as patient, kindhearted, compassionate, selfless, and radiant with love. Her presence brought peace and happiness to many lives—a legacy that will continue to shine brightly.

May Olivia's memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her. A Visitation will be held on July 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Shelby Road Baptist Church 4066 W Shelby Rd. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM, and a luncheon will immediately follow the service.
